Dr. Bethan Morgan combines extensive management experience with substantial expertise in the teaching and research of management and digital transformation in businesses. Her current interests include leadership for change, particularly in the construction industry and she is involved in work relating to social and environmental value. She is a holder of an EPSRC fellowship in the UK and was awarded her doctoral degree at UCL in technological adoption and organizational change.

Tim Jaques
CEO and Founder, Teaming Worldwide

Tim is the Founder and CEO of Teaming Worldwide, a global innovation and change consultancy based out of Saratoga Springs, NY. Teaming Worldwide specializes in innovation and change in large complex organizations and markets. Teaming Worldwide delivers the Intentional Innovation(R) methodology as well as business transformation services that help organizations. Tim is an explorer, thinker, speaker, and writer on the topics of innovation, team performance, complex projects, organizational change, and culture. He is co-author of two books, numerous book chapters and articles, a global standard on project management.
