- better achieve strategic goals in a complex and uncertain environment
- manage the whole in an integrated way (architecture, customer experience, data protection, brand, etc.)
- create value and relevance for all stakeholders (customers, employees, partners, and society)
IPMA Smarter U Special Interest Group members will approach Business Agility from directions like: Agile Culture, Agile Leadership, Agile Strategy, Agile Governance, Agile People and over all Agile Project, Programme, and Portfolio Management and good agile practices.
