What makes a truly agile leader and can those capabilities be developed intentionally?

In this session, we explore how organizations define and build the competencies that drive Business Agility: adaptive thinking, servant leadership, cross-functional

collaboration, and continuous learning. Through real-world examples and practical tools, you’ll discover how leading companies design competency frameworks that go beyond static job descriptions, and instead fuel agile culture, team resilience, and lasting performance.

Whether you’re navigating your own growth as an agile leader or looking to build stronger, more adaptable teams, you’ll leave with a clear picture of how intentional competency development works in agile environments, and where to start.
