Healthcare projects operate in one of the most complex financial environments of any sector—where clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and cost efficiency must all align.

In the rush to meet milestones, project teams often view financial controls and internal audits as “red tape” that slows down agile progress. However, failing to synchronize project activities with the permanent organization’s governance structures creates significant financial risk and compliance gaps.

This talk explores how to effectively integrate project management lifecycles with the rigorous demands of corporate finance and internal control processes
