The webinar aims to speak to the role of DEI, when made integral part of the organization’s culture, in making the collaborations among stakeholders – both internal, external – meaningful, engaging, strong, and cohesive to synergize ideas, innovations, and combined efforts to understand, identify, and solve business problems. As an open system, from systems thinking standpoint, such type of collaboration that has very close social interactions among people brings in external inputs and feedback so that the organization, the system, can thrive in the time continuum of VUCA world.
