The jungle path towards Circular Economy requires innovation in Project Management. Delivery of project results into closed systems must be expanded in the direction of sustainable and re-manufacturing processes. This requires enhanced methodologies for both sides: project managers and business leaders. Strategic decisions in the direction of developing sustainable processes must be developed and implemented organizationally through close cooperation. Re-Thinking project management as a design process for the next seven product generations – Next7G Project Management – enables a long-term orientation for the closure of product life cycles under the aspects of the ESG’s for resource conservation and reuse. New business models can thus be implemented in the long term: Project Managers and Executives as the designer of futures in close cooperation’s.
