The Eurovision Song Contest is much more than a just television show. It is a large-scale live event bringing together thousands of delegates, production teams, visitors, suppliers and partners, with significant environmental impacts ranging from mobility and energy use to catering, procurement, waste management and production.
Anita Malli will explore what it takes to integrate sustainability into an event of this scale. The session will examine how Green Event and Green TV Production principles and certification processes can be implemented. The webinar will also address the importance of clear responsibilities, standards and qualification processes in aligning hundreds of people, suppliers and partners around common sustainability objectives.
